The company provides a platform for job seekers to discover the best jobs in energy and utilities across the UK. They have a wide range of job vacancies in areas such as retail energy, net zero, renewable energy, utilities infrastructure, metering & analytics, and water.

It was clear that the CEO was the only face of the business known to the public.
In order to utilise the whole team, we created and implemented a Personal Branding Strategy for each member of the team. The aim was to increase their awareness on LinkedIn, as thought leaders within the industry.
We also created a social media strategy for the company that included a variety of content (not just job vacancies) and an emphasis on the team. This was designed to distinguish the stigma attached to the recruitment industry by showing the people behind the company in a fun and personal way

Jess joined AMM straight from her A-Levels as an apprentice and has never looked back! She is the baby of the office (and we love to remind her of that!!) Don’t let that fool you, though, she more than holds her own!
As our Marketing Apprentice, Jess gets stuck into absolutely everything, and she does it with the kind of energy that just makes it all more fun 🌟 She jumped straight in at the deep end and hasn’t come up for air since, and we love that about her!
Off the clock, Jess is basically living her best life at all times. You’ll find her in a pub garden soaking up the sun, on a spontaneous adventure somewhere in the world, or out on a run (can you tell we’re all into our fitness!?) 🏃♀️ Oh, and her pooch, Cally? Obsessed. And we get it 🐾
She is also a massive F1 fan 🏎️ McLaren and Red Bull, before you ask, and she is NOT a glory hunter!! 😂
