Ben Care provides flexible care and support to those later in life. Their care homes in Ascot, Easenhall in Warwickshire and Berwick-upon Tweed in Northumberland provide residential, nursing, dementia and respite care, and the Ben Centre supports the over 55s community in Coventry.

With a clear vision of what Ben Care were looking to achieve, we set out a strategy that would focus on TikTok content. From our discussions, we implemented the following strategies:
– Consistent posting (x3 videos per day)
– Utilise ‘The Team’ to encourage trust and authenticity
– Regular ‘content grabs’ to generate a high amount of content
– Research and implement trending visuals and audio
– Regular community management (re-active and pro-active)

Jess joined AMM straight from her A-Levels as an apprentice and has never looked back! She is the baby of the office (and we love to remind her of that!!) Don’t let that fool you, though, she more than holds her own!
As our Marketing Apprentice, Jess gets stuck into absolutely everything, and she does it with the kind of energy that just makes it all more fun 🌟 She jumped straight in at the deep end and hasn’t come up for air since, and we love that about her!
Off the clock, Jess is basically living her best life at all times. You’ll find her in a pub garden soaking up the sun, on a spontaneous adventure somewhere in the world, or out on a run (can you tell we’re all into our fitness!?) 🏃♀️ Oh, and her pooch, Cally? Obsessed. And we get it 🐾
She is also a massive F1 fan 🏎️ McLaren and Red Bull, before you ask, and she is NOT a glory hunter!! 😂
