It’s our Birthday!!!

On this day 4 years ago (1st March 2018) Emma officially launched Amber Mountain Marketing. Now, it may only be our 4th birthday, but we’ve been on quite the journey over the last few years, so we wanted to take the time to look back and reminisce over the growth of AMM.

The Growth

Since starting the business, Amber Mountain has grown from a one-man band to a team of 13! As it stands, we have Emma, Tamzin, Kirstin, Sarah, Ollie, and Tia who are all part of our management team. We then have six apprentices who are currently training towards their Level 3 Digital Marketing NVQ and 1 intern taking their study year for work experience. We’ve helped many others along their Digital Marketing journey through internships and work experience placements and we’ve had a blast doing it!

As well as helping the younger generation take their first steps into the Marketing industry, we’ve also been helping businesses through our marketing packages. In the time we’ve lived through three lockdowns as a nation, we’ve helped over 300 small businesses with their marketing through:

• 200+ free Marketing Power Hours
• Offering 7 free resources on our website
• Holding 3,500 Zoom calls
• Creating 40+ blog pages for our clients
• Writing over 25,000 social media posts for our clients

The The growth of our team and support of our clients has allowed us to move into 4 new offices, hold 1 new brand launch and win 5 recognised awards!

Where we are now?

We are now a team of 13. We offer an apprenticeship package that allows to support apprentices as well as local businesses. Our apprentices take on their own portfolio of clients and implement the Marketing Strategy that our management team creates. Each apprentice gets regular support through their Team Leader and our three experienced Marketing Managers.

Our marketing packages include strategies such as:

• Social media marketing (including writing and sharing the content, Stories, Instagram Stories)

• Graphic Design
• Video Editing

From our page followers to the team and their family (who are always giving our posts some engagement!). And to everyone who supported Emma in the early years of the journey. We must give a special shoutout to Emma’s family, as one by one they have slowly become essential parts of our team. From Emma’s dad helping us with the office moves, Emma’s mum cleaning the office in the early days, Emma’s husband basically becoming our IT department all the way to Emma’s brother helping us come up with the best puns!
