Back in 2019, Raring2Go St Albans’ founder, Claire, approached Amber Mountain to help her design, plan and manage an awards evening. Based in the Hertfordshire area, the event would celebrate businesses that had made significant contributions to their local community.

We began by chatting to Claire about her current plans, and then elaborated on them to make it a much grander affair! Claire’s idea was to shout about these businesses (and rightly so, they are amazing!), so we supported Claire in making the event the best it could be.

This included preparing the print design, reaching out to sponsors, and securing the venue, alongside organising catering and evening entertainment. There were many different factors involved in making the event a success, including being there on the night to manage the presentation and deal with any issues. This also allowed Claire to mingle and enjoy the evening with the rest of the community.

The event was a huge success. And for us, it was a wonderful opportunity to meet so many fabulous local business owners, including 13 deserving award winners!
